What is your return policy?
All in-store purchases are final sale. Online purchases from eligible brands are available for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Any brand listed under Gifts Under $40, cosmetics/skincare, jewelry, and the following brands do not accept online returns or exchanges and consider all sales as final:
Allevo, Bwell, Deception, Kollar, Permanent Vacation, Waid, Collectif Nude, Leisure Department, Nonchalant Supply, Bryan Anthonys, Twizzy, COSRX, Laneige
All other brands can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a different size or store credit.
Reach E-Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at info@reacheshop.com
Please note that we do not accept exchanges by mail without being contacted and approving it first.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, contact us at info@reacheshop.com with your issue and we will get back to you ASAP.
