What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Because we work differently with each brand, exchanges are based on the brand's country of origin.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location, delivery can take between 1-7 days.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your item has not been shipped out yet, we can cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. However, if your item has already been shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive your item before sending it back to us for an exchange.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Taxes will depend on the province or territory we are shipping to and added upon checkout.

How do I use a promo code or voucher?

Do you offer free shipping?

Occasionally we offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, no minimum. Please see the website banner to confirm the free shipping.

Normally, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD shipped within Canada and America.

What is the process for exchanging an item?

To start your exchange, you can contact us at info@reacheshop.com . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We occasionally have discounts and sales based on events, holidays, and brands.

How much will the shipping cost if I buy under $100?

Occasionally, we offer free shipping within Canada for all orders (no minimum). Please use the website banner to confirm that the promotion is running. Outside of this, there is a flat shipping fee of $14.90 CAD.

Do you provide return labels?

Yes, we print them from our store.

Can I pick up my order at one of your Reach E-Shop locations?

Yes, we have a pickup option at check out.

Do you offer same day shipping in Canada?

We don’t offer same day shipping at the moment.
