Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However you can exchange the item within 14 days of purchase, but please note that certain restictions apply.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exhange, you can contact us at If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We occasionally have discounts and sales based on events, holidays, and brands.

There is a flat shipping fee of $14.90 CAD.

We do not offer return labels. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
