Returns & Exchanges

All in-store purchases are final sale. Online purchases from eligible brands are available for a size exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

These brands do not accept online returns or exchanges and consider all sales as final: Allevo, Bwell, Deception, Kollar, Permanent Vacation, Waid, Collectif Nude, Leisure Department, Nonchalant Supply, Bryan Anthonys, Twizzy

All other brands can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a different size or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

1. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@reacheshop.com.

2. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.

Cancellation

If your item has not been shipped out yet, we can cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. However, if your item has already been shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive your item before sending it back to us for exchanges.

Sales tax

Please note that shoppers residing outside of Canada will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping Fees are nonrefundable

Please note that any original freight or handling costs will be subtracted from your invoice regardless of whether the shipping cost was complimentary at the time of checkout.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Please note that custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products, are not eligible for return or refund.  If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
